We are a commercial law firm that has been established for decades with over 35 team players and is based in Coburg. As a family business, we advise upper medium-sized businesses according to our approach of the five pillars of active design consulting. • Isolated preparation of financial accounts and preparation of annual financial statements
• Independent and personal advice to clients
• Processing of current tax returns in the corporate and private sector
• Participation in external audits
• On request: preparation and co-design of advisory services in the areas of tax structuring advice, business management advice, management consultancy and business start-up advice
• Other areas of activity that you enjoy and that match your strengths
