Dietmar Lottes has worked at the Härer professional law firm since 1999. He is a specialist lawyer for labor law.
Dietmar Lottes was born in Regensburg in 1969. He is married and has one child. He studied law in Regensburg and as a scholarship holder of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) in French-speaking Switzerland at the Universities of Lausanne and Geneva. While working (2000 - 2002), he completed additional studies in English to obtain a Master of Laws (LL.M., Univ. Sydney). In 2006, he acquired the qualification of business mediator.
Dietmar Lottes provides comprehensive advice in the field of labor law. The focus of his work is on providing ongoing advice on employment law, primarily to medium-sized companies. This includes, among other things, the drafting of employment contracts, the introduction of flexible remuneration models, the preparation and implementation of terminations as well as tactical advice on the amicable termination of employment relationships. Dietmar Lottes also advises in connection with transactions, restructuring and reorganization measures as well as international personnel deployment.
Another focus of his work is advising and representing executives on the conclusion and termination of managing director contracts. Of course, Mr. Dietmar Lottes also takes over the conduct of court proceedings in all instances.
As a business mediator, he offers future-oriented alternative conflict solutions.
