Daniela Heitmann has been working for the Härer commercial law firm since 2019. She was admitted to the bar in 1998.

Lawyer Heitmann was born in Mannheim in 1971 and has three sons.
She studied law at the University of Heidelberg from 1991 and completed her legal traineeship at the Mannheim Regional Court. From 1998, she worked as in-house counsel in the legal department of a global technology company in Weinheim in the area of labor law and international business law (drafting contracts, also in English), which she continues to advise on an ongoing basis through the Härer law firm after moving to Coburg for private reasons.

Since graduating, her focus has been on labor law, in particular advising employers. She specializes in collective labor law (works constitution and collective bargaining law), but also advises on all areas of individual labor law and represents clients in labor court proceedings.

Furthermore, she has been holding training courses in labor law for 25 years.

In her free time, Daniela Heitmann enjoys tennis and skiing in addition to her family.
