Til Clemens has worked at the Härer commercial law firm since 1997. He already worked for the firm during his legal traineeship in Coburg. He was admitted to the bar in 1998.

Lawyer Clemens was born in Düsseldorf in 1966 and has one daughter. After training for the higher service of the North Rhine-Westphalia tax administration, he studied law at the University of Bayreuth, where he also completed additional training in economics. In 2003, he completed the Master of International Taxation (M.I.Tax) at the University of Hamburg.

He specializes in all areas of consultancy that require the interdisciplinary coordination of tax, economic and legal considerations, in particular succession planning, company acquisitions, choice of legal form, corporate law, contract drafting and other questions relating to the company. In addition, he naturally also handles general civil law proceedings, tax appeal proceedings and criminal tax proceedings.

In his spare time, Til Clemens is busy with his family and sometimes also with handicrafts while renovating his old railway station.
