Mr. Michael Härer has been with the firm since 1998.
Michael Härer was born in Coburg in 1967. He is married and has two children. He studied law (1st state examination 1994) and business administration (Graduate degree 1995) in Regensburg at the same time. Study visits and internships in the United States complemented his education.
Mr. Michael Härer was admitted to the law bar in 1998 and was appointed tax consultant in 2000 and auditor in 2002.
He has managed the law firm and ecoplan Wirtschaftsberatung GmbH since 2004.
Mr. Michael Härer is licensed as a tax consultant and auditor in Austria, as an audit expert in Switzerland and as a chartered accountant (ACA) in England and Wales. In addition to ongoing consulting, the focus of his work is on international groups (international tax law, group accounting), company acquisitions and sales, corporate succession planning and restructuring.
In his remaining free time, he keeps fit with endurance sports and thus keeps his head clear for day-to-day business.
